By comprehensively understanding the ingredients present in a product, consumers are empowered to make well-informed decisions aligned with their health preferences, dietary requirements, and ethical values.

The labels help consumers identify and avoid potentially harmful ingredients such as artificial sweeteners, high-fructose corn syrup, trans fats, and excessive sodium. By avoiding these substances, consumers can reduce the risk of developing severe health issues such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension.

These labels establish a foundation of trust between consumers and manufacturers, as it showcases the commitment of FMCG companies toward consumer health and well-being. By offering transparent information regarding ingredients, companies demonstrate their dedication to providing accurate and reliable product labelling.
