Saffola urges consumers to have a “Heart to Heart Talk” this World Heart Day

~ Launches a unique AI-based campaign revealing the hidden gap between real age and indicative age inspiring mindful lifestyle choices ~

National, September 29, 2025: Marico Limited, one of India’s leading FMCG companies, has unveiled ‘Heart to Heart Talk’—an inspiring AI-based campaign launched on the occasion of World Heart Day. The initiative encourages people to pause, reflect, and engage in a meaningful, personal conversation with their own self. The objective is to make consumers more aware of their heart health by answering a few simple lifestyle questions.

As per Indian Council of Medical Research – India Diabetes (ICMR- INDIAB) (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37301218/), 1 in 4 Indians have high cholesterol (non HDL-c), 1 in 10 Indians are diabetic and 1 in 3 are hypertensive. These are all lifestyle led diseases which are affecting our hearts now more than ever.  Even when we feel young and active, daily stress, habits, and lifestyle choices can quietly age the heart beyond our years. For decades, Saffola has stood for good heart health and wholesome living, encouraging people to adopt habits that truly care for their well-being. With a simple QR code scan, consumers can connect to a WhatsApp chatbot, upload a selfie, and answer a few quick questions to receive a personalised AI-generated video of their indicative age.

This campaign is an extension of Saffola’s long-standing commitment to enabling healthier lifestyles and empower them to take meaningful steps towards a healthier tomorrow.”

To bring this to life, Saffola has launched an engaging digital film that conveys the message powerfully. Conceptualized by Team WPP the digital film narrates the story of a young man caught up in his busy routine, making quick but unhealthy decisions—choosing bread pakoda for breakfast instead of fruits, and opting for junk food like pizza when stress hits during late working hours. At every step, he is confronted by the reflection of his older self, symbolising how unhealthy habits can affect heart health and raise cholesterol levels. The film then brings Saffola Total, which has Oryzanol which helps reduce cholesterol, into focus, being poured into a sizzling kadhai, stir-frying vegetables over the flame.  The film aims to establish Saffola Total Heart Pro as an oil which is with you every step of the way.
