IPAMA Opens Bookings for 2nd IntraPac India 2025 Exhibition

The Indian Printing Packaging & Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) is excited to announce that bookings for the 2nd IntraPac India Exhibition are now open. This much-anticipated event, covering a wide range of sectors in the Packaging and Processing Industry, will take place at the India Expo Centre, Greater Noida, from December 10 to 13, 2025. The same venue successfully hosted the inaugural edition earlier this year, attracted participation from 175 companies.

After the resounding success of the first edition, IPAMA is confident that the second edition will be even larger and more impactful. Exhibitors in 2023 showcased products and innovations across various packaging sectors, including flexible packaging, plastic, glass, tin, paper, corrugation, and labeling. The event also featured two dynamic conferences, further enhancing its reputation as a must-attend industry event.

India Expo Centre is a state-of-the-art venue, equipped with modern facilities to host international exhibitions and easily accessible by metro, rail, and air. A variety of hotels, from budget options to five-star accommodations, are available within a 3-5 km radius. Additionally, the venue’s proximity to historical sites in Delhi-NCR allows visitors to explore the region during downtime.

The exhibit profile of 2nd IntraPac India all relevant details are available on the event website. Some of the key segments include Food, Beverages, Confectionery, Plastic, Pharma and Cosmetics, Rigid Packaging, Aseptic and Tetra Packaging, Glass, Filling, Sealing, Labelling, Paper and Flexible, Metal, Intralogistics, Protective Packaging, Bio-Degradable Packaging, Traceability and Tracking, Automation and Robotics, Corrugation, Snack & Bakery Packaging, Testing & Weighing systems, Packaging Consumables and Services, Cutting Machinery

As a nonprofit organization, IPAMA is committed to making participation affordable, particularly for MSME units. Space rates have been set at a nominal Rs. 8,500 per square meter for bare space and Rs. 9,500 per square meter for shell space. Early bird discounts of Rs. 1,000 per square meter are available for exhibitors who adhere to the payment schedule, further reducing costs. Additional discounts are offered to IPAMA members. Exhibitors and business visitors will also benefit from a range of complimentary services, to be announced soon.

To promote the exhibition, IPAMA has partnered with several national and international associations, media outlets, and magazines. Marketing efforts will include print and electronic media campaigns, along with promotional meetings in various states in the months ahead.

With the dates confirmed, IPAMA’s marketing team has already begun receiving booking requests. Space will be allocated on a “First Come, First Served” basis. To ensure smooth coordination and oversight, a senior official at the General Manager level has been appointed to oversee all exhibition-related activities.
